Simmons Beautyrest Pillows cannot be washed as there are pocketed coils inside. You may like to keep your pillow clean and sterile with a pillow protector in addition to the pillow case. It is advisable to air your pillow and for hygiene purposes, change your pillow every 2 years.

Returns without prior notice will not be entertained.

- Due to hygiene purposes, strictly no comfort exchanges for all pillows, mattress protectors and Brita products, except for Manufacturing Defects, Wrong Item and/or Wrong Size sent.
- Products that fulfil the reasons of return & exchange can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. All returns must be in original condition with original product packaging, price tags and labels. Do not break the seal, plastic or any cover of the product. Product must also be stain-free and have no signs of usage.
- Returned products are subject to Quality Control checking and exchanges will only be processed for items that pass the Quality Control checking.
- Simmons reserves the right for final decision on all returns or exchanges.
- Simmons reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
